An excellent opportunity is now available for an experienced, motivated and committed professional to join the business on a 12 month contract as a Property Manager.

In this role your key responsibilities will involve –

• Proactively managing the property portfolio
• Negotiating heads of terms, master agreements and renewals of expired leases
• Dealing with escalations and risks in an efficient manner
• Providing assistance to team on analysing and interpreting leases, master agreements etc
• Assessing incoming property and environment issues
• Develop, maintain and foster networks with internal/external stakeholders

To be successful in this position you will need to possess the following –

• MUST have experience within Telco industry
• Minimum 5 years experience in Property Management related role
• Extensive property and leasing knowledge
• Contract and contractors management experience
• Financial management experience (estimating/forecasting/controlling/reporting)
